MWAC, located at 16 rue de la Filature, 88460 Cheniménil, France, is the data controller for this website. Questions and requests: contact@mwac-project.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form — name, work email, company, reason and message — plus your IP address at the moment you submit, which blocks automated spam. Our host also keeps short server logs. The legal basis for all of it is legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: replying to an enquiry you started, and keeping the site working.

Nothing is used for advertising or profiling. Nothing is sold or shared for anyone else's marketing. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers process the data on our instructions, under contract, to host the site and deliver your message. Some are outside the EEA, and those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We name them on request.

How long

Messages are kept 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Spam-prevention records expire within the hour.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, and you can object to our use of it. Write to contact@mwac-project.com and we answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in France, the CNIL.

This site addresses professionals and is not intended for anyone under 16. If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
